HBCL was employed to managine commercial risk, procurement and contract administration for a refurb/new build oil and petrochemical project. The project involved building a new storage depot total capacity of 45,000 metric tones, expansion and refurbishment of existing jetty for vessel/ship berth and discharge of cargo into storage tanks via underground piping the portfolio.
